Customers can now book their desired vehicle online and select add-ons to make their holiday extra special. They also receive automated communication and notifications to keep them in the loop prior to their holiday, which saves staff time as all communication was previously done manually.
Thanks to calendar management features, the Motorhome Escapes team can see at a glance which vehicles have been hired and when—allowing for easy capacity planning. They also receive automated notifications on fleet management issues like servicing, meaning they can plan ahead and stay organised.
